WHY COACH PHILIP PERRE?
A dedicated personal trainer in Hayes and Harrow, serves as the Head Coach at P-PERRE FITNESS. Who proudly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Alabama. With a Personal trainer Level 3 certification, along with various nutrition certifications, notably Sports Nutrition Coaching. He’s expertise extends to mindset and body health. With over 10 plus years of experience, who has been coaching both in-person and online, effectively motivating individuals to embark on their personal transformations, one step at a time
I thrive on working with clients who are open to delving into their inner barriers, tackling mindset challenges, and simultaneously striving for health and fitness milestones. I am no stranger to my own battles with stress levels, consistency, concentration levels as well as navigating complex relationships with food. Now, my mission is to give back by supporting individuals dealing with similar struggles.

1-1 training sessions are held in 2 location: a private gym called Olympian Fitness Gym in Hayes. Springfield road. PT Workspace on Shaftesbury Ava in south Harrow.

I choose coach Philip as my trainer because of he’s professional athletic background together with he’s knowledge as a PT, meaning he was able to train me physically and mentally. I had PT”s in the past but I was never able to be consistent and slipped back into old habits and patterns.
