Hey there, I’m Philip Perre, a personal trainer and online fitness coach based in London. My journey? It’s been a wild ride, starting with my days as a GB and international basketball player. I even earned a BSc in sports science from a top-tier US university to further hone my skills. With over 13 years in the game and four global professional championships under my belt, I’m here to share my wealth of knowledge and expertise in the world of fitness.
