Philip Perre Fitness is not to be held liable for any injuries that may occur during training sessions or training plans provided by coach Philip Perre.

The workouts and advice provided to you by Philip Perre Fitness through my fitness app, Instagram posts and the Philip Perre Fitness Meal Plans are provided as general information NOT specific to each client. Philip Perre Fitness will not accept responsibility for any injuries or allergies that may arise from accessing or relying on the information and service provided.

PAR-Q

Before any appointments take place you must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). The PAR-Q becomes invalid if your condition changes. Your details are destroyed once you are no longer a client. This information will be used to determine whether you are eligible for my services. They will be stored in a secured file with my access only.

Cancellation

24 hour cancellation notce. If not given 24 notice, that session will be charged and listed as late cancellation.

Booking sessions

 Philip Perre Fitness has the right to refuse service to anyone who refuses to abide by the terms listed in this Terms and Conditions agreement.

 When more than one session is purchased you must complete within a certain time frame.

When 10 sessions are purchased they must be complete within 2 months of the start date. 

No deposits are taken during the booking process; However, no refunds are made if you are not happy with a package results.

Please be aware that if you are based in certain areas you may be required to pay a travel charges.

 COVID-19

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend any sessions and contact me on perre_philip@hotmail.com soon as possible.

 Symptoms include:

  • Dry cough
  • Fever
  • Tiredness
  • Aches and pains
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Loss of speech or movement

If you happen to have any of the above symptoms please make sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before.
